Watson: Offensive meetings full of ‘creative discussions’ – I think it is good that we are not going to label our offense ‘West Coast’ or “Spread Option’. Lets build an offense that will allow us to utilize our talent in the best way possible. That seems to be the direction this is going.

Pelini wary of making judgment too early – Lets be honest, there isn’t much to watch on the 2007 tapes. The offense is probably going to change and the defense didn’t do anything worth watching. I think Pelini just needs to start fresh and evaluate the players in his system, like he plans to do. I got my tickets for spring game last night and I can’t wait until April 19th.

Wow, it is slow.

During the lull between signing day and the spring game it would be a great time to check out my fellow Husker bloggers. I have my favorites linked to the right. They are really great at what they do and deserve your visit.

You can also check out the Media Guide section of the forum. There is a lot of historical information regarding the Nebraska Cornhusker football team.

Finally, I want to say thanks for reading my blog. I greatly appreciate it.

Huskers’ Pelini puts recruiting in its place – An article from Real Football 365 on recruiting.

All roads lead to Lincoln under Pelini Plan – I really like Bo Pelini’s team approach to recruiting. It is also nice to see them focusing on New Jersey again. We have signed some really good kids from there in the past.

Feeling lucky? – Big 12 Championship game tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

Conditioning, Spring Ball To Launch New Recruits – It is nice to have a coach who wants to develop talent instead of singing 5 star blue chippers and expecting miracles.

Walk-ons will help forge a new culture – Another article about the walk-on program from the York New-Times.

Group recruiting helps Husker cause – Group recruiting seems to be pretty effective. It would be pretty cool for some college coaches to take time to watch football at your house. I know that would weigh heavily on my decision.

Pelini puts in face time – I agree with Steve Sipple, time will tell if Doc Sadler and Bo Pelini are successful but it is nice to see them out among the public.
