Pelini says he’s “in tune” with offensive coaches – Bo knows what he is doing. Although he will be the biggest asset for the defense I think the offense will benefit from him as well.

Glenn says he trusts Pelini more than he ever did Callahan – It is good to see Pelini earning the trust of the players. I think that was lacking big time during the Callahan era.

Bo says sky’s the limit for Ganz – Ganz has proven in the past he is a leader. I would love to see him start this year. He has definitely earned it.

Lucky content to stay at ‘home’ – In my opinion Lucky made the right decision. I hope he has an awesome year and elevates himself to a first round pick in the NFL draft.

NU Football Notes: Huskers’ Holt wants ‘Mo’ action – Purify was my favorite player while at Nebraska. I wish he had a couple of more years to play.

Huskers Scrimmage In Pads – The huskers practiced in pads for the first time on Saturday.

NU Football Notes: Future Huskers take the Tunnel Walk – I wish I could have experienced the Tunnel Walk when I was a kid. Who am I kidding? I wish I could do the tunnel walk now.

Mother’s strength guides NU’s Holt – Great article on Meno Holt.

NU football notes, 3/30 – Saturday practice notes from the Lincoln Journal Star.

Ekeler put to the test – Ekeler certainly has his work cut out for him. After last season I think anything would be an improvement.

Sharpe embraces NU broadcasting challenge – Greag Sharpe > Jim Rose. I appreciate the fact that Rose loves the Huskers but he SUCKED as a broadcaster.

Dillard cuts weight, bulks up on optimism – The linebackers simply have to play better then they did last year. Hopefully Ekeler will teach them how to tackle.

Sorry for the lack of posts the last few days. Unfortunately life got in the way of keeping Husker Nation up to date on the latest happenings of college football’s greatest team. Spring practice starts today so it is time to start counting down to the Spring Game on April 19th.

Huskers hungry for turnovers – 11 turnovers last season? That is PATHETIC. 2003 when the Huskers had 47 turnovers seems so long ago.

Pelini’s first job is to fix team psyche – Bo Pelini seems to be a great motivator. If anyone can get our kids on the right track it is him.

7 Huskers to watch this spring – It will be fun to see how these guy develop this spring.

Man-to-man coverage with Nebraska’s Mike Ekeler – Great interview with the Cornhuskers linebackers coach.

Nebraska Spring Football: Five Things To Watch – Great article from Samuel McKewon.

Pelini: We’ll find a way – Great quote from Pelini: “I know the first time I came here (in 2003) it was doom and gloom, and we found a way. We’ll find a way. That’s the fun part of the job.”

Slauson weighs in – Good post on Matt Slauson from the Life in the Red blog.

Positions are wide open – That is how it should be. I believe players got jobs in the past based on the number of stars they had or seniority. The Huskers will be a better team this year because of that stance.

NU offensive line has high expectations – As opposed to the low expectations they have had in years past.

Pelini’s life in the fish bowl – Brian Christopherson chats with Bo Pelini on what it is like and how he likes being the head coach.

Asante sold on Pelini’s message – Hopefully Larry Asante will contribute in a big way to the defense this year.

‘Do right thing’, Pelini says to players – It seems like a simple rule to follow but it is easy to get lost in the moment.
