Ex-Husker Treu still true to NU, his coach – Adam Treu shouldn’t feel bad. Heck, I was big on Bill Callahan but knew when it was time for him to go.

Huskers pick up linebacker recruit – Looks like Shawn Bodtmann, a linebacker from Pennsylvania, has commited to Nebraska.

Fresh air from a legend – Are people really suprised that he hasn’t had any complaints. The man is a true living legend.

Funds yet to follow Osborne to NU – I am sure the major donors will come through soon enough.

Ruud excited about chance to play for Patriots – Three Huskers were drafter this weekend. Zack Bowman by the Bears, Carl Nicks by the Saints and Bo Ruud by the Patriots.

Grixby, Panthers agree to pact – While three Huskers were drafted, two have signed free agent deals. Courtney Grixby has signed with the Panthers and Steve Octavien with the Chiefs. Sam Keller and Maurice Purify have not been signed as of yet.

Five teams moving ahead and five in reverse – Matt Hayes from The Sporting News says that the Huskers are one of five teams moving ahead.

Pelini: There’s talent here, leaders emerging – I think our coaching staff is doing a great job of recognizing potential. Hopefully we see a nice payoff this coming season.

Huskers undergo spring renewal – You really can’t go wrong when your priority is to “converting th e new age football players recruited by Bill Callahan into old-school Cornhuskers.”

Husker spring game steps up – It was great seeing Memorial Stadium packed for the Spring Game. I would say those are good worries to have.

Record crowd watches 24-14 Red team win – It was the perfect day. Awesome weather, 80,149 fans, and Nebraska football. It doesn’t get much better then that.

LB Wortman moves into starting role – Tyler Wortman’s name was called a lot on Saturday. He certainly messed up the first play for the white team, which was the an option. Here is an article on Wortman from the World Herald.

Prospects given plenty of good vibes – Looks like the recruits at the Spring Game were impressed. Then again, who wasn’t impressed?

Spring game momentum building – I can’t wait to watch the Spring Game with 80,000 of my closest friends.

NU goes old school to pick Red-White lineups – They are making a big deal about a drafting for the Spring Game but they way they did it it is basically 1s vs 2s.

Brown excited to coach before the Sea of Red again – That is great and all but my question is; where can I get some of those giant crayon arms!?
